Before you ever put in your earrings you should ask yourself... When have i last worn them? If you haven't worn them in a while, you should always clean them with rubbing alcohol, just to make sure there aren't any germs that will cause infection,

Fruits And Passion
No wonder it's called Fruits And Passion, they are sure passionate about their products! We have tried this lip balm (Avocado) and it is amazing! Avocado is a natural moisturizer and after one application, your lips feel very moisturized. This lip balm doesn't smell like baby powder, it smells just like lemonade....yum! Although this lip balm is expensive, about 5$, it is definitely money well spent. We are very happy with the results! It's 100% natural origin , and it has a plant wax base, so it's definitely less chemical than the lip balms you would usually find at a pharmacy. There is also another flavors like Manoi and Argon. You can buy this lip balm at the Fruits And Passion store.

Le Petit Marsellais
Le Petit Marsellais is an amazing company that sells hand creams, lotions and body lotions/body wash. (Their products are made in France) Their body washes are very good, they smell so good and come in a variety of flavours, like honey and more fruity smells. They come in a cream, and leave your skin smelling great. It leaves your skin very soft and moisturizes your skin to! We have tried the almond, argan oil and shea butter. It smells good and moisturizes very well. These ingredients not only hydrate your skin but also nourishes it. We would rate these products 4.5 out of 5!

Tiny Tip of the Day :)
A great natural way to help get rid of pimples is a clay mask. Clay is great because it dries them out and is easy to take off. Clay makes the pimple surface more, so it goes away faster. No one wants pimples and this is a quick and easy way to help get rid of them. There are a variety of clay masks out there, but your best bet is to go with the natural cay you can buy at pharmacies.

Philips Ladyshave
Did you know that buying razors every month or so is harmful to the environment? Yes! All those used razors go to the landfills. One way to avoid more of this pollution is to buy electric razors, like the Phillips LadyShave. Yes it is more expensive, this one costing almost 75$, but it's less wasteful, and a good investment (if your looking long term) Razors can be pricey, so instead of buying packs of razors all the time, you just need to buy one electric shaver that will last you sometimes a couple years! This electric razor works well (Ladyshave by Phillips), but the battery dies out fast. (after 3 usages of about 30 min for one full charge) You have to pass over the spot you want to shave to get smooth results, but if used properly gives you the same results as a razor, with less nicks and cuts.... It is a very good investment for those who prefer to shave.....

Matrix Amplify
For those girls out there (or guys) who want thicker hair! You know how shampoos always promise more volume and never actually works? Well this shampoo works really well. It is pricey (it comes from a salon) but it smells good, keeps its promise and the conditioner leaves hair shiny and very soft! The shampoo claims that its ingredients go below the hair root and helps thicken the hair itself. We don't think it actually thickens it, but it definitely gave our hair more volume! ML have very thin hair, so i was very surprised to see that my hair was bouncier! The conditioner isn't heavy and nor is the shampoo, so it definitely doesn't weigh down your hair...

Tiny Tip of the Day :)
Have you ever woken up and noticed that you don't have time for a shower and your hair is looking kind of off? Well don't worry, we have a helpful tip...
Did you know that baby powder or baking soda, when brushed through your hair, can take away that greasiness? It's true and we have tried it! Just make sure just to put enough (about a pinch) over that part you brush and make sure to brush it through your hair well.. because you don't want to walk around with white powder in your hair, which has happened to me! WARNING: people with died/colored hair should avoid using baking soda because it will sometimes lighten the color.

MAC Eyeshadow
If you have ever tried this eyeshadow, you will know that it is professional, affordable and just pure quality :) MAC is one of the best and most well known makeup brands out there so why not try it? Yes it can be pricey $$$ but it is totally worth it. Just one eyeshadow costs 15 $ for a .05 oz (just like the little picture) and it comes in so many colors you'll eventually find your right color! When we tried it it went on smoothly and blended well with the other colors we used for highlighting etc.. and the color lasts so long! It comes in small amounts but one dab can give you alot of color, a little goes a long way :) So in other words it has more bang for your buck than most other makeup brands. It also has some crazy colors perfect for those stage people out there (actors etc.) And again the quality is great,

Giovanni Tea Tree
This shampoo is 100% amazing!! Alot of hairdressers say that buying shampoo at your pharmacy is a terrible idea, some shampoos are filled with chemicals but this shampoo is so amazing we had to write about it! It is called Giovanni's Tea Tree Treat shampoo and conditioner. It is great because it has organic ingredients, and the shampoo gives off a tingling sensation when you use it:) It smells good, tingles and the conditioner makes your hair really soft. Both the shampoo and conditioner range from 8$-10$ which is cheap for what it is. There are many other kinds of Giovanni shampoos , but I love this one the best!
We should buy more natural/organic products because all the chemicals and sulphates in other shampoos harm the environment. If we're good to the earth the earth will be good to us!

Isn't hair removal a pain in the butt?
Hair removal is a BIG pain in the butt for us girls and for those guys out there! But there are many methods of removal like shaving, waxing and more expensive ways like laser and electrolysis.
Waxing can be very effective if done properly because it gives you hair freedom for sometimes 2 weeks! And everyone asks...is it painful? The answer is yes, but you get used to it and hey beauty=pain! While shaving isn't painful, it doesn't last as long as waxing, but everyone likes different things. I love the PARISSA brand ( for waxing) because first its natural, second its really easy to use and third beacaue the packaging is nice :)
You can buy their all ready made wax strips too so it isn't messy and its quick! (which is perfect for those who are impatient) The kit comes with a bottle of Azulene oil that soothes the part you waxed which is a bonus! In this kit the wax is all natural with only 3 ingredients :glyceryl rosinate (pine resin), ricinus communis (castor) oil, and cera alba (beeswax). So it's not filled with bad chemicals. A kit costs around 12 CAD and comes with 16 strips. Its quick, easy and effective so why not give it a try?

Tips for Beautiful Hair..
Doesn't everyone want healthy hair? These small tips will help you be on your way....
1) When your ends are split its always a good idea to chop them off to give your hair a nice smooth finish.
2)When washing your hair use cold water, because it will help close your hair's cuticle, giving your hair a more glossy look!
3)Washing your hair every day is bad for your hair because it takes off all those natural oils that make your hair shiny.
4)If you have curly hair, it helps to detangle hair when you brush it in the shower.
5)Hair styling tools like curlers and flat irons damage your hair. Flat irons can burn your ends and make your hair frizzy and dry. To fix your problem? Don't use them as much!!! Or when you do, use a heat protectant, just make sure it doesn't have any alcohol in it because that also damages hair. Also a deep conditioner will help too.
Hope this helped :)

Bad Sunburn??? Use This!!!
Ever had one of those nasty sunburns??? One that would be so embarrassing if you went to school looking like a tomato? Well those days are over!!! Once i went skiing with my friends and came home looking like a very ripe tomato...of course i wanted to fix this because it was in the middle of the winter! Anyway i knew Aloe Vera soothed sunburns but never knew how well it actually worked. AloeX is very good. It is 96.8% pure aloe vera. It is much more natural than let's say Banana Boat, which is good for you and better for the environment. It is also Paraben free so alot more people can use it. When i used it it immediately felt better and most of the redness went away in about 5 days!!! Of course with more natural products, it might not work as well as prescribed lotions. But i paid 9 $ for a tube of 60 grams. It is expensive but it really works for instant soothing of your burns and is a quick fix instead of going all the way to a family doctor. I totally recommend it and hope you enjoy it too ,
